• Initial in-person consultation

• Review of all wedding day vision, plans, details, and contracts

• Create your detailed wedding day timeline, email to vendors

• Unlimited email communication

• Venue visit if needed

• Meeting or video call to go over all details 1 week beforehand

• Oversee rehearsal, coordinating with your Officiant

• Meet and communicate with vendors the day of the wedding

• Final check of: bouquets, boutonnieres, decor, rings, license, etc.

• Oversee setup/takedown of wedding as needed

• Assistance with styling of the ceremony and reception details: decor, centerpieces, welcome table, favours, menu cards, table numbers, etc.

• Transition decor items from ceremony to reception area

• Extensive bridal emergency kit

• Wedding day management and oversight of ceremony and reception, total of 10 hours, with 2 experienced planners

• And more… (such as MC timeline check-in, lighting reception candles, etc)

• Additional in-person meeting at the 2 month mark
